Maia is an artist and writer. She uses text, performance, and film as tools to explore how rest, joy, and deep listening sustain presence amid constant change.

She is an editor at Lullaby Machine, a forthcoming digital lullaby library and e-magazine, and her performance and written works have been supported by MOtiVE Brooklyn, Movement Research, Middlebury College, and the Vermont Arts Council.
